As I continue to do these exercises, I realize that I don't know as much music theory as I thought I did. I know the VERY basics, but that's about it. I have been struggling to understand exactly what I am supposed to be doing in these exercises and when I think I know what I am doing, I have the problem of actually doing it correctly.
I am supposed to start taking the AP Music Theory independent study with Mr. Bruce soon. I could really use his help because this is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. It's nice that he is there to help me out. I just hope that I get the hang of this before my college auditions. I could really use the scholarship money.
